Trading your outgrown clothes, gear and toys for the next size up or the next round of great stuff has never been easier. However, we do ask that you take some time sorting your items for stains, holes, missing buttons etc., before bringing them to us. Toys should have all of their parts and pieces and be in working order.
To trade in your items for store credit you can:
Hang out and shop while we sort your items
Drop off your items, and we can give you a call when we are all through sorting.
Please keep in mind if items are left unclaimed they become property of Golden Child after 3 days unless arangements are made. Items left unclaimed will be donated EVERY Monday, unless arrangements are made.
Your store credit value is based on a percentage of what we can resell the item for. The amount is adjusted for items that need to be cleaned, fixed or require batteries. Generally the percentage is between 40-60%.
Store credit is good indefinitely and can also be transferred into a gift certificate.
If you have a paricularly large load to bring in please consider giving us a courtesy call so we can plan accordingly.
